Melbourne based Yoga & Qigong teacher, Medical scientist and Shiatsu lover
With training in Yoga and Qigong, I am sharing these healing modalities to help you release stress from body and mind so you can deepen your connection with yourself and find ease within.
Years back, I lived most of my life in a career driven headspace, rushing and racing – until my friend took me to a Yoga class. I felt myself slowing down and the ease in body and mind felt so good – it gave me a taste of that peaceful place within, beneath all that stress and mental overwhelm.
Hooked by this easeful feeling, I continued my Yoga journey, it is my anchor to the ‘here and now’. Today, I am still career driven (working in medical research), but my habits and lifestyle are reflections of my regular Yoga and Qigong practice. I can (mostly) regulate my energy and live more sustainable.
