Carla, your host, will guide you through an immersive weekend with activities, yoga practices and a transformative workshop focused on embodiment and self-love in order to release, explore and deepen your connection to your self.

Explore the freedom that comes from within when we can express our inner voice and connect to self through our incredible body. This two hour Embodied Self workshop includes: Guided and free self expression movement, somatic practices and more. No experience is necessary!
Our yoga and meditation classes are sequenced with a focus on breath and the subtle body to allow you to move from head to heart. Modifications are provided throughout to allow participants to drop into their unique experience.

Immerse yourself in the healing energy of sound. Each evening includes a nourishing sound meditation where you can let yourself drift away into a deeply balancing and restorative meditation.
We’ll be picked up by a local guide and transported to the starting point of our trail walk. Our walk will take us through to Bells Beach where we meet the sunrise. A choice to relax and take in the surroundings or join in a re-invigorating ocean swim before heading home for morning yoga and breakfast.
Delight your senses in our home cooked meals. Our private Chef Aliza – Shaktifresh will be preparing the most nutritious plant based meals, which will be a feast for the eyes and the soul!
All produce is fresh, organic and locally sourced.
All rooms are elegantly furnished to provide the most luxurious space for your retreat. We want you to feel the sacred energy of peace and tranquillity from your arrival and have you settle into this energy throughout your two night stay. Our intimate retreat holds a maximum of 8 guests.
