Thoughtfully curated, this bespoke retreat experience will nurture your body, mind and soul and offers a unique opportunity for a complete nervous system reset. Join us for a weekend of movement (Pilates, Yin and Vinyasa Yoga), breath work and meditation, time spent in nature.

Nourishing food prepared onsite by a private sought-after chef, luxury accomodation, and wonderful company, to rest, rejuvenate, and connect.

With ample time to enjoy Summer House’s peaceful garden, magnesium pool and fire pit.

Meet your Facilitators 

Amanda Sutherland

Resides in Auckland, New Zealand with her family, she is the owner of House of Pilates & Inner Insight. With over a decade of teaching experience she has been running retreats in beautiful Aotearoa (New Zealand) and Rarotonga. Certified in traditional Pilates she is also an Awareness Insight Meditation teacher and practitioner and is passionate about the deeply profound effects on the mind & body through this ancient practice. Her further studies in Yin yoga, the Poly Vagal theory, Breathwork and Somatics has expanded her work in healing and balancing the nervous system.

Amanda loves bringing people together and facilitating enriching experiences for others as well as sharing her love of the great outdoors, travel & nature.

Stacey Star

Stacey is a yoga practitioner and trainer, a reiki practitioner and has trained in kinesiology and various other energy modalities, has a regular meditation practice and a growing interest in breath work.

She also has done further studies in somatic healing and is passionate about the inseparable connection between the mind and body in the healing process.

She gives energy to many different and deserving causes and with a driving sense of social justice, she also works in the public sector in Australia with a focus on improving social and health equity.

Stacey originally hails from Canada and now calls Melbourne home where she lives with her partner, two children and their labrador.

Together Our friendship has spanned over 22 years and 3 continents, working together in Canada, England, and New Zealand. Together we purposefully bring years of hands-on experience and knowledge in the health and wellness field to curate these magical experiences to share with you.
